"Dying to be me" a message from Anita Moorjani

Nikky

If you haven't heard of Anita Moorjani and the message she shares after dying from cancer and coming back to life then you will find this post an eye opener.

Anita Moorjani is an incredible woman who has an important message to share.

In 2006, Anita fell into a coma as her 4-year struggle with cancer was coming to an end. While doctors rushed to attend to her frail body, she entered into a near-death experience (NDE) where she discovered one of life’s greatest truths: Heaven is not a destination; it’s a state of being. When she regained consciousness, her cancer miraculously healed and she was free of disease within weeks.

She now shares with the world her top 5 lessons that she learnt when she became non physical. Lessons that now she openly shares with the world as reminders to all of us that we are the true creators of our life.

Here are those five messages.

  1. Love yourself - I have written a lot about loving yourself because like Anita I truly believe that loving yourself is not negotiable. Infact, it is something that you have to prioritize. Not by just feeling love for yourself but doing loving things for yourself. Assess your self love quotient by answering the questions here.

  2. Release fear and choose love -

  • Replace fear of failing with love for learning,

  • Replace fear for your children's well being to faith that all is well.

  • Replace fear from lack of money to noticing where all you have abundance.

  • Replace fear of sickness for yourself or your loved ones to the knowledge that we all are eternal beings having a physical experience here. Know that sickness is your body communicating about how you need to be of service to yourself.

  1. Find ways to feel joy each day - Laugh, connect and do what fills you with joy. You have to choose that for yourself. No one is going to come and create circumstances for you so that you can experience joy every day. That is your responsibility.

  2. Life is a gift - Value each day, each good thing in your life and even your challenges. Your challenges are gifts that give you the opportunity to grow and to be better versions of yourself.

  3. Be yourself - You are unique and special just the way you are. Own your uniqueness proudly. Don't be the person others want you to be. Always show up each day as authentically as you can. When you love who you are, others will also love you back.

I strongly urge you to take these messages seriously. They not only come from the incredible Anita Moorjani, who has brought us these messages from the non physical world but even in my gut and each and every cell of my body I can see this as the purpose of our lives - To love ourselves and to live in joy.
